Thank you for registering for Eupsychia's weekend Integrative Breathwork workshop. We have received your deposit or full payment. Any balances owed are due on-site at registration between 6:30-7:15 pm on Friday evening, January 25th. I will also send confirmation to you by email. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 2 weeks of the workshop, please contact me (Brenda). Thanks!

The workshop is being held at the Howard Johnson Hotel and Conference Center at 7800 N. I-H 35, our usual location. That's located on IH 35 at the NW corner of IH-35 and Hwy 183. Those coming in on I35, take the 240A Exit. We'll be meeting in the Trinity Room. As a convenience, you may link to a map with written directions to the hotel from here.

Meals are your responsibility. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a good, full hot breakfast each morning (free for those buying rooms). There are also a few restaurants within walking distance and many within a short driving distance. I will have a map to area restaurants at the workshop. Our groups usually form into spontaneous small groups that go to meals together at the restaurants nearby.

For Saturday, the "breathwork" day, please bring enough bedding (with pillow) to be comfortable lying on the floor for 2 hours. Bring a blanket to cover up in case your body temperature drops during the breathwork session (this is normal). Eupsychia provides enough bedding to those who will be flying in. Please do not use any bedding or pillows from your hotel room.

Dress casually every day. Loose, comfortable clothing, like sweats, are most appropriate for breathwork sessions on Saturday. Don't wear anything that binds you around the middle or constricts your breathing in any way. If you are becoming a regular "breather" you might enjoy purchasing a backjack (or stadium chair) for comfort while "sitting." This is entirely optional, however.

Eupsychia provides basic art supplies like paper, craypas, water color paints and pastels for the mandala art work. If you have favorite art supplies, you are welcome to bring them... nothing too messy, though, please (especially no oil-based paints).

Well, if you've "breathed" with us before, welcome back! If you've not been with us before, we welcome you and hope your experience is an enlightening one. Thank you for choosing to join us. If you are requesting continuing education credit, be sure and sign in at the registration desk and complete the evaluation form before leaving. The cost is $15.00 for a CEU certificate or certificate of attendance. Certificates will be mailed within 3 weeks of the workshop's close to those who have signed in.
