Thank you for registering for Eupsychia's weekend Integrative Breathwork workshop. We have received your deposit or full payment. Any balances owed are due on-site at registration between 6:30-7:15 pm on Friday, July 18th.
The workshop is being held at the Courtyard Marriott North Park, 10325 N Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75231. You can link a map from the column to the left of this letter.
Meals are your responsibility. The Courtyard opens at 7:00 a.m. (until noon) to serve a full hot breakfast. After this time, you can only purchase salads, sandwiches and snacks. They also have a delivery service where nearby restaurants will deliver to your room. Additionally there are a wide variety of restaurants in the area, some within a short walking distance. Others are just a short drive away. It is natural for groups to form spontaneously to head off for lunch and dinner at Eupsychia workshops.
For the breathworkshop, bring a comfortable mat, blanket and pillow to lie on. The hotel discourages use of their blankets and pillows from sleeping rooms. If you are driving, please bring extra for those who fly to the workshop. Thanks SO much!
Dress casually for the entire workshop but particularly wear loose, comfortable clothing, like sweats, for the breathwork sessions on Saturday. Stay away from wearing anything that binds you around the middle or restricts your breathing. Body temperatures can drop sometimes while "breathing" so we want you to be as warm and comfortable as you can to keep your attention on your process rather than feeling physically uncomfortable. Dress casually every day, though. If you are becoming a regular "breather" you might enjoy purchasing a backjack (or stadium chair) for comfort in your role as "sitter" during the sessions. This is entirely optional, however.
Eupsychia provides basic art supplies like paper, craypas, water color paints and pastels for the mandala art work. If you have favorite art supplies, you are welcome to bring them but nothing too messy, please. Especially stay away from oil based paints and other supplies that can damage hotel property.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
If you are requesting continuing education credit, be sure and sign in at the registration desk and complete the evaluation form before leaving. The cost is $15.00 for a CEU certificate or certificate of attendance. Certificates will be mailed within 3 weeks of the workshop's close to those who have signed in.
Eupsychia is certified to provide credit to Substance Abuse Counselors (PN 0331-89, Exp 8/2008), Social Workers (CS 1260, Exp 6/2008-will be renewed in time), Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists (PN #665 Exp 1/2009) and Licensed Professional Counselors (PN #167, Exp 5/09) and Psychologists in Texas and states that have reciprocity with Texas. Additionally, Eupsychia's work is usually accepted by Massage and other Alternative Therapies licensing boards; however, it is your responsibility to check with your boards in your state to make sure reciprocity is accepted.
