Remember, too, that Eupsychia is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
If you don't have the funds to attend and think you can find someone
to sponsor your attendance, they can donate the money in your name
and take the IRS tax deduction. A win-win. We are also preparing a
packet of information about Eupsychia that you can take around to
businesses if you think a business might sponsor your attendance.
Contact
Brenda to request this.
We will provide you a confirmation letter of your registration by
mail. It will be mailed within a month of the program. But you are
welcome to call me (still Brenda) on the toll free line (800.546.2795)
or email me for any details
you need earlier than this.

LOCATION, MEALS AND AMENITITES:
Sunrise
Springs Inn and Retreat. 242 Los Pinos Rd. Santa Fe, NM. 87505.
Phone 505.471.3600.
Sunrise Springs is set in a lush desert valley 15 miles from Santa
Fe. The property provides majestic views of the Sangre de Christo
and Sandia mountain ranges. The buildings are comfortable and picturesque,
constucted of natural materials of ancient adobe. Indigenous stone,
and crafted with hand-carved wood and hand-painted tiles. It's serene
at Sunrise, with it's walkways, expansive terraces, large ponds and
mysterious gardens. It's highly conducive to spiritual retreats such
as ours.
Pathways have been designed for easy access to the meeting facilities.
All guest accommodations, public areas and recreational facilities
are located within walking distance of the meeting spaces. Parking
is also available close to the meeting spaces.
Meals served at Sunrise Springs are exquisite. They are light, satisfying
and healthy and draw strongly on local flavors and locally grown produce,
some right from the Sunrise Springs' own gardens. Cuisines from all
over the world are presented.
Our group can enjoy the hot tub and sauna at no extra charge. Morning
yoga classes are also offered as a powerful addition to our retreat.
Eupsychia senior staffers, Beccy Eichel and Karen Yuskaitis, also
offer massage and cranial-sacral bodywork at $70 an hour session.
Body work is optional but we strongly recommend it as a healthy component
of this healing retreat.
TRAVEL AND SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Eupsychia will organize a group shuttle to take participants from
the Albuquerque International Airport to Sunrise
Springs. The cost is $50 round trip or either way.
We choose the Albuquerque Airport because it is generally a less expensive
airline ticket than one for flying into Santa Fe. You are welcome
to fly into Santa Fe, however. You will just need to arrange and pay
for your own trip to Sunrise Springs.
If taking the shuttle make your airline reservations to arrive in
Albququerque by 3:30 p.m. on August 12 and schedule your departure
for any time after 3:00 p.m. on August 18th.
It's about an hour and a half drive to Sunrise Springs.
Those taking the shuttle should gather at the seating area of the
Albuquerque Airport in the Ground Transportation area. We will have
a designated person or staff member there to coordinate your transition
onto the shuttle van. The van driver from Roadrunner Shuttle will
also have a sign indicating who he is.
Those driving to the retreat center should arrive by 5:00 p.m. to
get settled in before dinner is served about 6:00 p.m. on the evening
of August 12th.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Albuquerque: Take I-25 North to Exit #276B.
From the exit ramp, turn right onto Rte 599. Go under I-25 overpass,
and take first left, at the light, onto Frontage Road. Turn right
just before the Race Track onto Los Pinos Road. Continue 2.5 miles
to the entrance.
From Santa Fe: Take I-25 South to Exit #276. From
the exit ramp, turn right onto Rte 599. Take first left, at the light,
onto Frontage Road. Turn right just before the Race Track onto Los
Pinos Road. Continue 2.5 miles to the Sunrise Springs entrance.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
Eupsychia's programs welcome
all. Many people attend who only seek deep personal healing.
Additionally, Eupsychia is a provider of continuing education credit
to most mental health practitioners, so if you happen to be a therapist,
you can gain recertification credit by attending most of our events.
More specifically, we are certified by the State of Texas as a Continuing
Education Provider for the certification and re-certification of Licensed
Chemical Dependency Counselors (PN 0331-89), Licensed Professional Counselors
(PN 1919), Social Workers (all types) (CS1260), Marriage and Family
Therapists (Exp 2006), and Psychologists with reciprocity in most other
states. Most states do have reciprocity with Texas but it is incumbent
upon you to determine whether any program you wish to attend will qualify
for credit by your state's licensing board(s). You might need to request
a brochure of the event and offer Jacquelyn's professional vita for
their consideration. View
or print Jacquelyn's full professional vita.
EUPSYCHIA'S CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
For those who get inspired around this work, we offer
a certification program in Soul-Based Psychology and the dynamic musical
journeying process called Integrative Breathwork that we use as a way
to access the unconscious terrains of our psyches. The program consists
of attending certain workshops that we offer. Personal healing goes
hand-in-hand in our training program. Carl Jung said that therapy is
only as high as the therapist. We believe this to be the truth. There
can be no separation between personal inner work and giving wise counsel.
Attendance at this 6-Day workshop fulfills one credit
toward Eupsychia certification in Soul-Based
Psychology and Integrative Breathwork.
We'd love to have you join us for this celebrative gathering
with members of your soul family!
