About This Workshop:

Becoming an awakened human means that we practice the skills of awakening ourselves and then learn to model this new way of being for others. The awakened human is your authentic Self, who already lives in you, ready and willing to come forth upon your recognition and willingness to embody it.

The awakened human sees with compassion that we each have our “cross to bear” as we learn to release all that binds us in old patterns and programming and practice being demonstrators of the Divine in our ordinary daily lives. Acknowledging our humanness while bringing spirit into all our human activities is the wholeness we all seek.

Since 1975, Eupsychia’s processes of deep inner work have been steadily uncovering and refining the principles and methods that heal the psyche and access our authentic Self. In a caring community of psychospiritual groupwork, we help each other clear out all unnecessary blocks to our creativity and rightful expression. This is life-changing inner work that carries both hope and the practical means for transforming both your personal and vocational life.

Methods and Teachings offered:
• The principles and “how to’s” of the awakened human
• An understanding of the laws that govern the human psyche and its remembrance that it is divine
• 4 Integrative Breathwork sessions and the accompanying curative arts of music, symbol, and art.
• Transpersonal process groups: how a spiritual psychology “sounds”
• A caring community life with like-intentioned souls
• Massage and bodywork sessions (additional fee required)

Why attend a Eupsychia event?

People attend Eupsychia events for 4 major reasons: They are seeking a personal spiritual experience; they seek to heal from some kind of emotional wound; they are seeking a community of people where they feel free to express who they really are without judgment; or they are seeking to be a student of the work of Psycho-spiritual Integration. Often the decision to be trained comes after a person has attended a workshop, or workshops, and experienced and witnessed the transformational power firsthand. More about Eupsychia Institute.

Why do we use Integrative Breathwork?

First of all "Breathwork" is not named very well! Integrative Breathwork is actually a dynamic musical journey that is created to activate the energy centers of the body (chakras) rather than an intense "breathing" experience. Using the breath serves an important function, for sure, but it is not the primary thing in a breathwork session. A Breathwork experience is as individual as you. After a session you may simply feel a sense of peace; you may feel like you've gleened an important psychological truth about yourself or others (even humanity!); or you may experience a spiritual awakening of some kind.

Breathwork is the most effective tool or method we have found to help us access our inner life. Yes, our unresolved emotional patterns reside inside. But that is not all there is!!! These knots of ignorance, fear, and feelings of powerlessness over our lives keep us bogged down in illusion, feeling "separated" from our True Selves. "It is not out, but through that we heal" says Carl Jung. It is our inner life that holds the key to our spiritual connectedness and effective outer living. Not to be feared, our inner life is to be welcomed, explored and embraced as the ultimate home of our highest spiritual possibility. More about Integrative Breathwork.
