| SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
For over twenty-five years, Jacquelyn has been conducting workshops and giving lectures throughout the United States and Canada in areas such as counselor effectiveness training, self-actualization, family therapy, Psychosynthesis, Transpersonal and Sou-Based Psychology and supervisory skills for business and industry. Jacquelyn's work is especially known in the field of alcoholism and drug abuse and she is considered a pioneer and seminal thinker in the Human Consciousness movement. In 1991, Jacquelyn founded the Psychospiritual Integration and Integrative Breathwork, now more appropriatelu named Soul-Based Psychology. Most major alcoholism and addiction schools in the United States have
used Jacquelyn as a consultant and trainer, either as a keynote speaker
or workshop Leader. Among other university work, she serves on the faculties
of many major universities in their continuing education and adult education
programs. In 2002, Jacquelyn has designed and is implementing a year-long
intensive training of select staff at Austin Recovery, one of central
Texas' largest 28-day residential treatment facilities. Jacquelyn has
presented training workshops, consulting, or keynote speeches for the

| Before entering the field of alcoholism training,
Jacquelyn worked as a social work caseworker, field supervisor, and psychotherapist
in various mental health and Child Welfare protective service settings.
She was a therapist for the University of Texas Counseling Center at Austin
and taught courses at the University of Texas at Austin School of Social
Work. She was active in the Austin area as a community leader for civic
and political groups. |

| In Texas, Jacquelyn was instrumental in implementing
the Texas Association of Certified Alcoholism Counselors, and is a past
member of its certification board. She also served on the adjunct faculty
of the California Institute of Transpersonal Psychology from 1985-1988
for their external program and was instrumental in developing the Master's
Program in Addiction Counseling for the College of William and Mary in
Williamsburg, Virginia. Jacquelyn is conducting a year-long training in
2002 for 16 selected staff members at Austin Recovery to train them in
her Integrative Breathwork and Psychospiritual Integration process. |

PUBLISHED BOOKS AND ARTICLES: Jacquelyn is the author of the best-selling handbook for counselors and those in positions of personnel oversight, Becoming Naturally Therapeutic-A Return to the True Essence of Helping (Bantam Books). Her second book, Transformers-The Artists of Self-Creation (DeVorss), summarizes her workshop material on this subject. With her third book, Awakening In Time-The Journey from Codependence to Co-Creation (formerly Bantam, now Eupsychian Press), Jacquelyn gained recognition as a pioneer in the addiction's field and was invited to be on the Board of the National Association for Co-Dependency. Harper/SanFrancisco, in conjunction with Hazelden Foundation, published Embodying Spirit-Coming Alive with Meaning and Purpose. It is a comprehensive look at the history and evolution of Transpersonal Psychotherapy. Rising to the Call- Healing Ourselves and Helping Others (DeVorss), co-authored with Mary Yovino, is a basic overview of Jacquelyn's work in Psychospiritual Integration, originally intended as a manual for her own students. Becoming a Practical Mystic from Quest Books combines Jacquelyn's smaller books Living Your Bigger Story and Becoming a Practical Mystic with an entirely new third section of synthesis, and became a One Spirit Book Club title. Jacquelyn book from Tarcher/Putnam/Penguin, Psyche's Seeds-The 12 Principles of Soul-Based Psychology is the seminal book on Jacquelyn's new approach to Soul-Based Psychology. Her latest book, The Sacred Purpose of Being Human, was published by HCI, Inc. in Fall 2005. Jacquelyn has also authored numerous audiocassettes and a videocassette on the subjects of addiction, spiritual psychology and personal growth through Eupsychia Institute. For over 3 years she was a columnist for Science of Mind magazine and has written for national and local magazines, journals and newspapers throughout her career, especially in fields of substance abuse and human consciousness. Her most recent article published by Counselor Magazine (Spt 2004) is entitled "Third Stage Recovery-A Transformation Model of Treatment and Healing for the 21st Century." |

| AREAS OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING:
Over 2,000 hours supervised training in various kinds of groupwork methodology in Gestalt Therapy, Psychosynthesis, Family Therapy, Reality Therapy, Process Consultation and Management Training, Holistic Health, Transpersonal Psychology and Yoga Psychology. Two years' post-graduate supervision in individual and family therapy as qualification for Social Psychotherapy Licensure in Texas. |
